# Creating a Shared Account (Multisig)

To create a Joint Account in Pera Wallet:

1. Tap **Add Account**.

3. Add the participant wallets.
* You may add your own wallet more than once to create **weighted signatures**.![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/3/7/9/e/379e1f50f8575200/image_vxr6ar.png)

6. Confirm creation.

The multisig account will be added to your wallet list.

> Note:
> - The order of added addresses determines the multisig address.
> - The threshold cannot be changed after creation.
> - The account must be funded with ALGO to initialize on-chain.
