Managing your Pera Card



Once you've set up your Pera Card, you can manage your card right through Pera Wallet. This guide will teach you how to:
Add your card to your Digital Wallet
View your Transaction History
Cancel your Card
Report Transactions

Adding Cards to your Digital Wallet



Google Play


Before You Begin:
Ensure you have your card details handy (card number, CVC, and expiry date).
Your device should run on Android 9 or higher.
Make sure your phone supports NFC.

Here's how to check if your phone supports NFC:
Open your phone's Settings.
In the search bar at the top, type "NFC".
Tap on NFC to turn it on. If you can't find this option, your phone might not support contactless payments.

Setting Up Google Pay:

Open the Google Wallet app on your phone.
Add a Payment Card:
At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet.
Then, tap Payment card.
If you've added cards before, they'll be shown here. Otherwise, proceed to add a new one.
Add Your Card:
Tap New credit or debit card.
Use your camera to scan your card or tap Enter details manually to input your card information.
Save Your Card:
After entering your card details, tap Save and continue at the bottom.
Accept Terms:
Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.
Verification:
If asked, verify your payment method by choosing an option from the list.
Finalize Setup:
Read and agree to the terms and conditions to complete the setup.

Apple Pay


Before You Start:
Have your card details ready (card number, CVC, expiry date).
Ensure your iOS device is compatible with Apple Pay. You can check compatibility here (#).

Setting Up Apple Pay:
Open the Wallet App:
Find and open the Wallet app on your device.
Add Your Card:
Tap the + sign in the upper right corner.
Follow the prompts to add your card. This typically involves:
Entering your card details manually or using your camera to scan them.
Agree to Terms:
Read and agree to the terms and conditions presented during setup.
Verification:
For security, you might need to verify your card.
You'll receive a one-time-pass code (OTP). Choose to receive it via text or email.
Enter the OTP when prompted to complete the verification process.

View your Transaction History



A comprehensive list of all your transactions is readily available on the Cards Homepage. Here, you can find:
Deposits
Withdrawals
Swap
Payments
Refund

Please Note: Declined transactions do not appear in the cardholder’s transaction history, as the payment did not complete.

Cancel your Card



To cancel your card:
Press the card you wish to cancel
Press 'Cancel Card'
Confirm Card Cancellation

Report Transactions



To Report a Transaction you find suspicious:
Click on the transaction in question
Press the Report Button
Fill out the information requested by Immersve
